A location-based app only works when the room is full. Ten people scattered across a metro is not a product — it's an empty bar. So instead of spreading thin across the country, we're switching on one city at a time and making sure every venue that lights up is genuinely active.
Austin is a natural first room: dense, social, walkable in the parts that matter, and full of people who actually go out. It lets us get the experience right — check-ins, verification, the feel of the room — before we scale.
