Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VYB. By using the Services you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and complete verification when asked.
- Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.
Community rules
To keep VYB safe and real, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or misleading content.
- Solicit money, spam, or use the Services for commercial purposes without permission.
- Attempt to bypass safety, verification, or privacy features.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Safety
VYB provides tools to help you connect safely, but we don't conduct criminal background checks and can't guarantee anyone's conduct. Always meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the VYB name, logo, and design, are owned by VYB. You retain rights to the content you post but grant us a license to display it within the Services.
Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
